Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Compensation and Work Discipline on the Performance of CV Alpha Project Bandung Employees in the Marketing Department. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The sample in this study was a total sample with 30 respondents from the CV Alpha Project Bandung Marketing Department employees. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 21.0 application. In the research, compensation output has a positive influence on the performance of CV Alpha Project Bandung Marketing Department employees. Work Discipline has a positive influence on the Performance of CV Alpha Project Bandung Marketing Department Employees. Compensation and Work Discipline have a positive influence on the performance of CV Alpha Project Bandung Marketing Department employees.
