Abstract

The reward and punishment system has an important role in influencing employee motivation and performance in an organization. The application of this system not only has an impact in the workplace, but also affects the enthusiasm for doing work and shows its broad relevance. Well-designed rewards can improve performance without adding to stress, while punishment serves to correct inappropriate behavior, if applied wisely. At PT. Qolabasi is very important to recognize the effectiveness of reward and punishment strategies so that the potential of human resources can be optimized. Previous research has shown that the implementation of reward and punishment systems can motivate employees and create order in organizations. Therefore, understanding the impact of these two systems is important to formulate employee management tactics that are flexible and in line with organizational goals.
