Abstract

Human resources are a core element that plays a vital role in supporting the achievement of an organization's goals. High-quality and growing organizations tend to place great emphasis on human resource management to ensure that their functions run optimally, especially in the face of dynamic environmental changes. To achieve these goals, organizations need employees who have adequate work discipline and are able to adapt quickly to environmental changes. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation and their impact on employee performance at PT Nun Jilbab Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative approach and Path Analysis. There were 30 employees who served as respondents. Path analysis techniques were used to determine the most effective pathways, considering both direct and indirect influences. The research findings indicate that each variable falls into the “fairly low” category. The findings also show that all regression lines have positive values, indicating the presence of direct and indirect effects. Based on the comparison of these regression values, it was determined that Work Discipline has a direct effect on employee performance at PT Nun Jilbab Bandung, with the direct effect being greater than the indirect effect.
