Abstract

In an era of rapid globalization and digitalization, companies are required to have employees who are adaptive and capable of responding to continuous change. Employees, particularly in the marketing division, play a strategic role as the main drivers of value creation and in maintaining a positive corporate image among customers. In recent years, EIGER Adventure has faced increasingly complex business dynamics, especially within its marketing division, which acts as the front line amid intense competition in the outdoor retail industry. One issue identified is the mismatch between company targets and the actual performance of some marketing employees. This study employs a quantitative research design using a survey approach to objectively and measurably examine relationship between variables. Data were collected through questionnaires as the primary instrument. The results show that Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Work Discipline each have a significant effect on the performance of EIGER Adventure’smarketing division employees. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant positive influence on employee performance, leading to the acceptance of Ha and rejection of H0.
