Abstract

his study uses the partial least least square analysis-structural equation model (SEM-PLS) to examine how work discipline (DK), work commitment (KK), and work environment (LK) affect worker productivity (KN). After the analysis of the structural model, all indicators are evaluated for their validity and reliability. The results show that each construct meets the criteria of reliability and internal convergence, as indicated by the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) and Composite Reliability values that are below the minimum standard. The results of structural relationship testing show that the work environment has a significant positive impact on employee productivity; The work discipline variable also had a positive impact, but its effectiveness was only moderate. On the other hand, the Work Environment variable actually shows a significant negative impact on Performance, which suggests that less conducive environmental conditions can result in lower worker productivity. The research model yielded an R-square of about 747, which suggests that three independent variables can explain about 74.7% variation in Employee Performance, while other factors outside of the study have an influence. In practical terms, this research shows that improving safety and rules in the workplace can increase productivity and make the workplace a better place to work. These results help in the development of useful human resource management strategies to optimize business productivity
