ANALISIS SWOT SEBAGAI DASAR PENYUSUNAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PELATIH PANAHAN DI BANDUNG ARCHERY CLUB & SCHOOL

This study aims to formulate a coach development strategy at the Bandung Archery Club & School using SWOT analysis. Using a qualitative descriptive method with census techniques on 9 trainers, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the IFAS analysis showed a score of 3.28, with the main strength in the technical competence and discipline of the coach, but still weak in the use of training technology. EFAS's analysis resulted in a score of 3.55, driven by professional certification opportunities and high public interest, despite the threat of fierce competition and limited facilities. It was concluded that the organization is in Quadrant I (Aggressive), so it is recommended to implement a growth strategy (SO). Key strategic steps include digitizing athlete performance analysis and standardizing competencies through professional licensing to optimize the available market potential.
