Abstract
This study examines the effects of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on teacher performance at Talenta Junior High School in Bandung Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal survey design, involving 30 teachers selected as respondents from the total teacher population. Data were collected through structured questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, supported by t-tests,F-tests, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, contributing 71.3% to performance variation. Partially, leadership style shows a significant positive influence, highlighting the crucial role of the principal in guiding and motivating teachers. Organizational culture also has a significant positive impact by strengthening shared values and norms. Conversely, work motivation does not significantly affect teacher performance, suggesting that leadership and organizational culture play a more dominant role.
