PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA, BEBAN KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN RISET DAN INOVASI DAERAH KABUPATEN BANDUNG

This study examines the influence of work facilities, orkload, and communication on employee performance within the Bandung Regency Regional Research and Innovation Development Planning Agency. Employee performance is a central element in achieving organizational goals, which are influenced by various internal and external factors. Although many previous studies have addressed these factors separately, investigations that integrate all three variables (work facilities, workload, and communication) simultaneously or partially are still limited.Using a survey-based quantitative methodology, data was collected from the entire employee population, which is 38 people, through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling approach. The results of the study revealed that workload and communication have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Optimally managed workloads have been shown to motivate improved performance, while effective communication facilitates coordination and understanding of tasks. However, the influence of work facilities on employee performance was not found to be statistically significant in the context of this study, suggesting that facilities may play a role as a hygiene factor or that the effect is indirect. This model has strong predictive power, explaining 87.2% variance in employee performance variables.
